About us
J24 Men is a beard, hair and scalp care brand founded in Lagos, Nigeria, by Wande Adebisi. Orders delivered in Nigeria and internationally are fulfilled from Lagos. Orders in the United States are fulfilled by J24 Men USA, and orders in the United Kingdom and Saudi Arabia by our local partners.
Orders
When you place an order, you'll receive an email confirming we've received it. Your order is accepted once it ships. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if an item is out of stock, if there's a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud.
Pre-orders show an expected ship date. If that date changes, we'll email you, and you can cancel for a full refund before your order ships.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in your local currency based on your location, and you can change your country at the top of the page. Nigerian prices are set in naira. Prices in other currencies are converted from US dollars and may differ slightly at checkout. Taxes and delivery fees are added at checkout where required. We may change prices at any time, but not on an order you've already placed.
Shipping
We ship to Nigeria, the United States, the United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia and many other countries. Delivery times and shipping costs are set out on our Shipping and returns page. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers your order.
Returns and refunds
Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Full details are on our Shipping and returns page.
Using our products safely
Our products are cosmetics for external use only. Read the label before use and do a patch test on a small area of skin 24 hours before first use. Stop using a product if irritation occurs, and see a doctor if it continues. Keep products away from your eyes and out of reach of children.
Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Results vary from person to person. If you have a skin or scalp condition, ask your doctor before use.
Barber partner program
Barbers who join our partner program agree to separate program terms, which we provide when you're approved. Partner codes are for the named barber and may not be posted on coupon sites.
Our content
The J24 Men name, logo, photos, videos and text on this site belong to J24 Men and its founder and are used under license. Please don't copy or reuse them without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Governing law
Orders fulfilled in the United States are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. All other orders are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Nothing here removes consumer rights you have where you live.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one posted on the date you placed it.
